Course Structure and Offerings:
The academy provides two core consulting packages—Gold and Platinum—each with distinct time frames and services:
Gold Package
Available in 3-month or 6-month options, this package offers foundational consulting services aimed at practice management and operational improvement.
Pricing: £550 for 3 months or £995 for 6 months.
Includes one hour of video support calls with Amanda and Martina, each month.
These calls are designed to offer personalised advice, practice assessments, and strategy adjustments.
Platinum Package
The Platinum package is designed for more intensive support and includes options for 3 months at £995 and 6 months at £1995.
Pricing: £995 and 6 months at £1995
It offers two one-hour video consultations per month, again with Amanda and Martina, allowing for a more hands-on, in-depth consulting experience.
This package also includes bespoke team training for teams of up to 8 people, which is crucial for practices looking to enhance their team's skills and overall efficiency.
The Platinum package offers additional flexibility with customised consulting solutions, ensuring that the specific challenges and needs of each dental practice are addressed thoroughly.

Dr Martina is a Diamond Apex Invisalign provider placing her in the top 1% of Invisalign providers in EMEA. She is the owner of two dental practices in Yorkshire – The Dental Studio and The Dental Architect – winners of UK Best Patient Care and three times winner of UK Practice of the Year respectively.
Named in the Dentistry Top 50 2021, ‘22, ‘23 and ‘24 and voted UK Dentist of the Year 2023 & ’24 (highly commended), she was one of the first dentists in the world to be awarded the Postgraduate Diploma in Clear Aligner therapy and is an international speaker and key opinion leader. She sits on the Private Dentistry Journal Editorial Advisory Board and regularly writes articles for the dental and general press.
Martina has developed a world-class digital patient journey within her practices and is dedicated to sharing her clinical and business knowledge by mentoring her associates and team as well as hosting regular events and study clubs for her peers. She regularly teaches and lectures for Invisalign, Smile Academy and others, as well as running her own course, The Aligner Launchpad.
Martina is due to complete her Postgraduate Diploma in Education, coaching and mentoring in September 2024.
AMANDA
REAST

Amanda started her career as a trainee dental nurse in 1993, qualifying with the NEBDN in 1995. During that time she has trained and mentored many nurses entering the dental profession, progressing into management in 2019.
Throughout her career she has undertaken many academic studies including management qualifications, Health and Safety, Counselling, Health and Social care qualifications, a diploma in marketing as well as various teaching qualifications. She is registered with The Society of Education and Training.
Amanda joined The Dental Architect in November 2022 as business manager. In February 2023 she went on to become a Chartered Manager, globally recognized as the highest accolade in management, and volunteers her free time to mentor managers that are studying or working towards Chartership status.
In June 2024 Amanda reached another milestone receiving her MIC, becoming an accredited member of The Institute of Consulting and working towards Chartered Consultancy (CHMc), which she expects to achieve at the end of 2024.
Amanda will also complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Education, Coaching and Mentoring in September 2024 and will complete her MBA studies in January 2025 and has a huge passion for the growth and development of others, especially in the Management and Business sector.
