Amanda and Martina met when Amanda joined The Dental Architect in 2022. Soon realising their shared passion for education and the growth of others, The Dental Architect Academy was born.

Dr Martina is a Diamond Apex Invisalign provider placing her in the top 1% of Invisalign providers in EMEA. She is the owner of two dental practices in Yorkshire – The Dental Studio and The Dental Architect – winners of UK Best Patient Care and three times winner of UK Practice of the Year respectively.
Named in the Dentistry Top 50 2021, ‘22, ‘23 and ‘24 and voted UK Dentist of the Year 2023 & ’24 (highly commended), she was one of the first dentists in the world to be awarded the Postgraduate Diploma in Clear Aligner therapy and is an international speaker and key opinion leader. She sits on the Private Dentistry Journal Editorial Advisory Board and regularly writes articles for the dental and general press.
Martina has developed a world-class digital patient journey within her practices and is dedicated to sharing her clinical and business knowledge by mentoring her associates and team as well as hosting regular events and study clubs for her peers. She regularly teaches and lectures for Invisalign, Smile Academy and others, as well as running her own courses, The Aligner Launchpad, Immersion Days and Consulting, Coaching & Mentoring.
Martina is an accredited DISC behaviour profiling provider, meaning she can provide valuable insights into the behavioural profiles of your existing team as well as during the recruitment process, to ensure you have the best mix of skills ensuring you get the best out of your team.
Martina has also completed her Postgraduate Diploma in clinical education, coaching and mentoring in September 2024.
AMANDA REAST

Multi Award-Winning Practice Manager
Amanda started her career as a trainee dental nurse in 1993, qualifying with the NEBDN in 1995, with over 30 years experience in the dental sector, she has witnessed the evolution of dental practices and industry standards. Amanda brings a unique perspective that is both seasoned and forward thinking and has trained and mentored many dental professionals over the past three decades. Amanda is currently set to complete her MBA studies in 2025.
Amanda has a passion for education and self-development and throughout her career she has completed management qualifications, Health and Safety courses, Counselling, Health and Social care qualifications, a diploma in marketing as well as various teaching qualifications, including SEND, she is registered with The Society of Education and Training and has also recently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Education, Coaching and Mentoring taking her teaching qualifications even further.
In February 2023 she went on to become a Chartered Manager globally recognised as the highest accolade in management. In June 2024 she became an accredited member of the Institute of Consultancy with the Charter Management Institute and she is qualified to support management and businesses in both the dental and non-dental sector.
In her free time Amanda mentors individuals working towards chartered status and she also sits on the board for the Chartered Management Institute for the North East, Yorkshire and Humber. Amanda raised the bar in 2024 and was awarded Practice Manager of the Year not once but TWICE in the Probe Awards and The Private Dentistry Awards making her a Multi Award Winning Practice Manager.
Amanda is focused and driven and has a clear vision for excellence, she has a passion for the growth and development of others especially in the Management and Business sector.
